The Australian Organisational Excellence Foundation (the Foundation) is dedicated to promoting excellence and sustainable improvement. The Foundation is a not-for-profit organisation that focuses on the development and recognition of organisations and individuals in the pursuit of excellence. The Foundation supports businesses, government and the community services sector to embed proven international excellence concepts into their organisations.

We manage Australia’s leading organisational Awards programme – the Australian Organisational Excellence Awards.

We work with partners to enable mutual learning through face-to-face and peer-to-peer knowledge sharing.

We promote collaboration between diverse organisations to achieve common objectives and tackle common challenges.
